🌲Settle into the quiet calm of winter at Sweet Run State Park. We’ll gather around the campfire, venturing out for gentle invitations to explore the frosty landscape—tuning into winter sounds, crisp air, and the subtle textures of the season. Each invitation begins and ends by reconnecting with one another and the grounding warmth of the fire. We’ll close with wild-foraged tea and a sound bath in the Interpretive Center, supporting deep relaxation and gentle restoration.

👋🏼 Meeting point:
Meet in the parking area at 12:50 pm. We will start at 1:00 pm.

🎒Preparation:
Bring:

• Water
• Layers of clothes based on the weather (bring one more layer than you think you'll need)
• ​Sturdy comfortable shoes
