Bring your own breakfast and come join us for a one-hour guided outdoor yoga session led by a professional instructor from BodyMystery Yoga Dance Pilates Studio.
After yoga, we will enjoy a picnic breakfast on the grass together.
We’ll also be serving freshly hand-poured coffee to complete your perfect morning.

在晨光中舒展身心，與我們一同享受城市中的靜謐片刻。
本次活動由「身體祕境瑜珈教室」的專業老師帶領，進行 1 小時的戶外瑜珈課程。
瑜珈結束後，歡迎大家拿出自己準備的早餐，在草地上一起野餐聊天。
主辦單位也將提供香醇手沖咖啡，讓這段早晨更加溫暖悠閒。

1. 包粽子體驗 | Make Your Own Zongzi
親手體驗傳統糯米粽的製作，學習葉子包裹、綁繩技巧，感受節慶氛圍。
（每人可帶走2顆粽子）
Make your own sticky rice dumpling (zongzi) and learn the traditional wrapping and tying methods.
(Each participant can take home 2 zongzi)

2. 艾草藥草球DIY | Herbal Sachet Crafting
用艾草與天然香草製作獨一無二的香氛草球，傳承古老驅邪避穢的智慧。
Create a fragrant herbal ball using mugwort and natural herbs—an ancient tradition to ward off evil spirits.

3. 認識端午由來與習俗 | Learn the Origins and Rituals
介紹端午節的歷史、屈原故事、三大習俗文化，深入了解這個重要節日。
Discover the story behind the Dragon Boat Festival, from Qu Yuan’s legend to the holiday’s traditional customs.

4. 習俗體驗 | Try Traditional Practices
體驗用「榕艾苦草」洗臉淨身，象徵去穢平安；另備有高粱酒代替雄黃酒作文化說明與象徵性品嚐。
Try traditional cleansing with herbal water and enjoy a symbolic sip of kaoliang liquor (as a modern replacement for realgar wine).
