A practical workshop for leaders and professionals who want to stay open, reflective and constructive when being given feedback feels difficult, unexpected or personal.

Tickets must be purchased in advance via LUMA

Feedback can trigger defensiveness, especially when it challenges our competence, intentions, leadership or sense of fairness. This workshop helps participants recognise their automatic responses, use the PAUSE model and respond with greater curiosity and intention.

We will cover:

  • Recognise triggers that cause defensiveness.
  • Identify fight, flight and freeze responses.
  • Recognise your own defensive feedback pattern.
  • Apply the PAUSE model when receiving difficult feedback.
  • Ask questions that clarify feedback and support action.

Agenda:
19:00h – Doors open
19:15h – Workshop starts
20:30h – Networking

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Tea/Coffee/Soft Drink/Juice included; additional consumption is at your own cost.
  • Doors close at 19:10, so please be on time.
  • Maximum capacity: 10 attendees.
