The 2AM Version of You
Details
From the moment you were born people started telling you who you are.
Your name. Your family. Your neighborhood. Your religion. Your race. Your gender. All of it assigned before you could have an opinion about any of it.
Then life added more labels. Your job title. Your relationship status. Your tax bracket. Your political views. Your diagnoses. Your reputation.
So here’s the question underneath all of that, who actually are you?
Not the work version. Not the family version. Not the curated social media version. The real one. The one that shows up at 2am when nobody’s watching and nobody needs anything from you.
This session we’re unpacking identity, not to debate it, not to define it, but to sit with the parts of ourselves we rarely get to talk about out loud.
Come ready to go deeper than your job title.
