About us
This group is dedicated to the LGBTQI+ women. The purpose is to create a safe space and supportive environment for those seeking to connect with like-minded individuals. We will take on the challenge of elevation hikes. The host will scout moderately trafficked locations that are well marked. The trails will be anywhere between an 800-1300 foot elevation gain at a length of around 4-9 miles. We will hike at a moderate pace and take breaks as needed. Other events will include bike riding, social meet-ups at parks, and outdoor bar/restaurant venues, Bowling, Pickleball etc. So, get your hydration pack, hiking sticks, and boots ready, and don't forget to pack a lunch for nature and adventure when we go on hikes. For other events, just come with a smile and we will take care of the rest!! Thanks...

Joseph Plumb Martin Trail loop
Knox's Quarters Parking Lot, 3000 Valley Creek Rd,, Wayne, PA, USWhile we wait for the snow to melt, let's explore the Joseph Plumb Martin trail at Valley Forge park! This is a 5-mile paved loop that is mostly flat, with a few gentle uphill sections, and it should take us between 1.5 and 2 hours to complete. You can find the AllTrails link for the loop here: Joseph Plumb Martin Trail, Pennsylvania - 3,052 Reviews, Map | AllTrails
We'll meet in the Knox's Quarters parking lot--look for us by the wooden trail sign near the entrance. This is a dog-friendly trail, so feel free to bring your furry friends! Please also note that we will pass a restroom about half a mile into the route at the Wayne's Woods picnic area.
As always, I recommend bringing a bottle of water, dressing in layers, and wearing a good pair of walking shoes. Keep an eye out here on the event page on the day of the walk in case of inclement weather.
Looking forward to seeing you all there and keep your fingers crossed for some spring sunshine :)
