About us
This group is dedicated to the LGBT WOMEN ONLY. The purpose is to create a safe space and supportive environment for those seeking to connect with like-minded individuals, and to build community together while out in nature. The host will scout well-marked trails that are accessible to as many people as possible, typically between 3 and 5 miles. We will hike at a moderate pace and take breaks as needed. Other events will include bike riding, social meet-ups at parks, and outdoor bar/restaurant venues, bowling, etc. So, get your hydration pack, hiking sticks, and boots ready, and don't forget to pack a lunch for nature and adventure when we go on hikes. For other events, just come with a smile and we will take care of the rest!

Wissahickon Valley Park autumn hike
Blue Bell Field Parking Lot, 800 W Walnut Ln, Philadelphia, PA 19128, USA, Philadelphia, PA, USJoin us for a hike through Wissahickon Valley Park! Let's meet at 10:30 at the Blue Bell Field parking lot, and from there we'll take the Orange Trail north, connecting with the White Trail which we will follow south along the creek for a 3.5-mile hike with 377 feet of elevation. This loop should take us between 1.5 and 2 hours to complete.
**There is a restroom at the trailhead!**This trail has been labeled as "Moderate" difficulty on AllTrails. There are some tricky climbs and the trail may be rocky (and possibly muddy) at points. If you plan to join, please make sure to wear sturdy shoes that you don't mind getting dirty! Doggos are welcome :)
