Mount Misery Trail to Valley Creek Trail hike

Join us for our next hike at Valley Forge Park, where we will cover about 3 miles doing the Mount Misery Trail and connecting to the Valley Trail Loop! Let's meet in the Knox's Quarters parking lot (there's a bit more space there than in the other lot at the Mount Misery trailhead) at 10:30AM. Along the way, we'll pass the abandoned Colonial Springs bottle factory, a lesser-known landmark of Valley Forge.

Please note that this trail includes a steep initial incline at the beginning--please come prepared with good trail shoes/sneakers and, if you need them, hiking poles. As always, I recommend bringing a bottle of water and a snack!

Valley Forge Park is dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along if you'd like :)

In case of inclement weather, we might pivot to one of the paved trails in the park, but the meeting place will remain the same. I hope you can join us for this one! I promise it won't be too "miserable" 😉
