Joseph Plumb Martin Trail loop

While we wait for the snow to melt, let's explore the Joseph Plumb Martin trail at Valley Forge park! This is a 5-mile paved loop that is mostly flat, with a few gentle uphill sections, and it should take us between 1.5 and 2 hours to complete. We'll meet in the Knox's Quarters parking lot--look for us by the wooden trail sign near the entrance. This is a dog-friendly trail, so feel free to bring your furry friends! Please also note that we will pass a restroom about half a mile into the route at the Wayne's Woods picnic area.

As always, I recommend bringing a bottle of water, dressing in layers, and wearing a good pair of walking shoes. Keep an eye out here on the event page on the day of the walk in case of inclement weather.
