We are here to connect all members of the LGBT+ community to social events happening in and around Melbourne.
We aim to work with a variety of hosts and social groups to enhance your opportunities to meet new people, and will also be hosting our own!
Our vision is to promote health within our community by facilitating connection and reducing loneliness.

Social Walk - Casey Queer Collective
Lysterfield Park, Horswood Road, Lysterfield VIC 3156,, Victoria, AUCome join the Casey Queer Collective for a social walk and meet some local queers in the city of Casey and surrounds.
📅 Meeting time: Saturday 2nd May at 10.30am.
⏰ Start time: We will start the walk at 10.40am so please be on time!
📍 Meeting point: Lysterfield Park After Hours Car Park (first carpark on your right when you enter the park)
🚶 Route: We will be walking the circuit trail - it is almost 6km and approximately 1.5 hours at a leisurely pace. There are some hills but it is a fairly easy track and we will walk together. No one will be left behind.
☕ Afterwards we can grab a coffee or bite to eat at Stella's kitchen (optional).
❌🐕 Dogs aren't allowed as Lysterfield is a National Park.
This walk is open to anyone who identifies as part of the LGBTQIA+ community. This is not an event for allies or supporters.

We put this event to a vote and got very mixed results, so we're trying out a mix of everything.
We'll be providing a light afternoon tea, giving out name tags, and inviting a range of activities, including:
- BYO project (crafting or otherwise - no paint please)
- Card and board games
- Conversation prompt discussion cards (Esther Perel)
- Optional wellbeing acvitity (core values)Your host, Ben, is a mental health professional & experienced group facilitator who's passionate about bringing people together to socialise and make new friends.
Please note: this is an alcohol free event. LGBT+ Social Hub Melbourne aims to provide a safe place for everyone. We ask that you be respectful to all attendees; harassment and discrimination will not be tolerated.
The venue capacity is 20 people, so tickets are strictly limited.
