What we’re about
We are a community of LGBTQ+ people on a lifelong journey of self-discovery, interested in:
- Meditation
- Mindfulness
- Breathwork
- Sound bath
- Spirituality
- and Healing
The group is open and welcoming to people at all levels of experience, any practice, or style — and our events are casual, informal, and fun. Some of our members have meditated for decades, while others have never meditated at all.
Each event incorporates breathwork, multiple meditation practices, and group discussions — but there's no pressure to speak in the group. If you prefer to just sit and listen, that's great! We're introverts, so we get it.
Our meditation styles range from mindfulness, to compassion practice, to dream-like group energy guidances exploring our unconscious.
The location alternates between the West side and East side of LA.
There is no cost to attend, but donations are appreciated through Venmo @vitaluminaco or through the button below.
Any questions? Please feel free to ask! We look forward to meeting you.
We run Vita Lumina Collective, an eclectic group of skilled coaches and wellness professionals dedicated to helping people achieve sustained wellbeing and success — both in their personal and professional lives. Follow our Vita Lumina Meetup group for more great events from us! You can learn more about the work we do at VitaLumina.co.
