Online Breath, Movement, & Chat for LGBTQ+

This is a weekly online class led by Maygen Nicholson that will be offered for the duration of COVID-19. We will meet on Zoom and practice breath and movement to help slow down the nervous system and to become present in the body. From there we will have a 30-minute discussion on a chosen topic to further build community and offer each other support by active listening.
