First and Third Thursdays every month:
Join us for an in-person group at LHSC sanctuary at 7pm.
Mens Group purpose: To provide a space where men can gather in community around spiritual practices, knowledge, ideas and meditation.
This is a great space for men to share how we want to show up in the world, and get support from other dudes. What happens in Men's Group, STAYS in Men's Group! Join us to begin to discover and uncover your authentic self through spiritual study, knowledge, and discussion.
In our culture, men are not often encouraged to speak openly about spiritual values such as loving-kindness, feelings, generosity, intuition, openness, and vulnerability. Men's Group is a safe place to share our deepest wounds, greatest enlightenment moments, higher awareness of old patterns, and building an awareness that we can "level-up" and start choosing higher vibrational patterns.
