This is a trauma-informed workshop designed to help you safely harness anger as sacred medicine—not as destruction, but as liberation.
Hence why we call it "sacred"
With powerful planetary alignments activating themes of sovereignty, reinvention, creativity, and authentic self-expression, this is a threshold moment. A chance to let go of old identities, people-pleasing patterns, suppressed emotions, and stories that no longer fit who you are becoming.
