Mama Rose is a Twin Cities–based multidisciplinary artist, musician, dancer, actress, model, mother of four, and author of Fearless: 27 Affirmations to Change Your Life. Her work explores what becomes possible when we stop trying to fix ourselves and instead learn to collaborate with every part of who we are including our limitations.
Rather than teaching from a finish line, Mama Rose leads by example, openly sharing the ongoing process of creating a life rooted in authentic self-expression, creativity, and courageous self-belief. Diagnosed with OCD at age five and shaped by lived experiences with anxiety, depression, and addiction, she speaks not from theory but from the perspective of someone continually practicing what she shares.
Grounded in the wisdom of nature and the intelligence of the body, Mama Rose approaches spirituality as a universal human experience, challenging the cultural narratives that encourage us to abandon parts of ourselves. Her work invites others to reclaim their creativity, sensuality, and sexuality, especially in motherhood, recognizing these not as indulgences, but as essential sources of vitality, healing, connection, and wholeness.
Her perspective challenges conventional ideas of manifestation by focusing less on controlling outcomes and more on transforming the relationship we have with ourselves. Through music, writing, performance, workshops, and conversation, Mama Rose has inspired thousands of people to reconnect with their creativity, trust their own inner voice, and express more of who they truly are.
Though deeply rooted in the Twin Cities, Mama Rose also finds profound fulfillment in building community wherever she travels, believing that genuine human connection transcends culture and geography. Whether on stage or in everyday life, her work is an invitation to embrace the full complexity of being human and to create a life that reflects it.
