Vibration Meditation with Christopher Gunlock
Details
Vibration Meditation w/Christopher Gunlock
Under the dome of the Lake Harriet Sanctuary, Christopher leads a letting-go meditation style with layers of full-spectrum, custom waveforms through a high fidelity sound system. The somatic bass and a massage of harmonics vibrating throughout the sanctuary provide a powerful immersion.
Each gathering is held as an intentional container: a brief welcome and grounding to open, an extended immersion in sound, and a quiet close with time to land before returning to the evening.
Vibration Meditation is open to the public and offered by donation. No experience, belief, or background is required. All are welcome.
What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, and anything that helps you get comfortable lying down. Chairs are available for those who prefer to sit.
**Recordings are now available to take home and enjoy, available on all major streaming platforms under the artist name Christopher Gunlock, and the album Vibration Meditations Vol. I.
