Nancy O'Brien and Linda Saggau are best friends and co-founders of Experience Happiness, with over 30 years of business consulting experience between them. In 2006, despite both women living what many would consider "successful lives", they each located a profound sense of personal unhappiness. This compelled them to go on a "happiness quest" together, in hopes of understanding what true happiness is and how to achieve it. Linda and Nancy's learning and experiences resulted in two ground-breaking pieces of work: The Toolkit for Happiness and The Five Principles of Happiness. Today, Linda and Nancy are happy. . . authentically happy. Together they continue to research and write, as well as develop and deliver tool-based workshops and programs that teach others how to create the lifelong happiness they deserve.

12:00 pm - Metaphysics for Today: Incorporate Ancient Wisdom in Everyday Life- Christine Athena (http://spiritualcounselings.com/)

This workshop will explore modern day ways to open up to your psychic being - spirit guides, meditation, various pathways, spiritual tools such as amulets and crystals, and more. During the workshop, participants will take a look at the current experience of spirit in their lives including spirit guides, masters and their own psychic feelings.

Christine Athena has trained with a variety of teachers and is a student of many methods and spiritual paths. She is a spiritual counselor who began her metaphysical journey while living in Salem, MA,, later furthering her development and honing her skills in Phoenix and Sedona, AZ. While in Arizone, she and her husband, Richard Wolfmoon, owned a successful metaphysical bookstore, conducted workshops and led vortex tours on sacred grounds. Christine and Richard now call Minnesota home.

1:00 pm - Talk with your Angels...the Easy Way - Paulette Salo (http://paulettesalo.com)

This workshop is fun! The angels love it when we are happy and they love to help us so we are always happy. Paulette bases this workshop on the book the angels wrote, and she illustrated, called "How to Talk to Your Angels...the Easy Way". You will learn how to talk with your angels, how to listen to them, what to say to them, how to know when they are with you and, most importantly, how important gratitude is in your communication with your Angels and in your life. The workshop room will become hot from the energy these beautiful Heavenly beings bring to us when we ask!

Paulette Salo is a nationally known mural artist. She received her mission 10 years ago, after her 3rd near-death experience. She was told to paint the guardian angels of terminally ill children and anyone else who wanted to communicate with their guardian angels. She has now painted angels for more than 7,000 people nationwide.

2:00 pm - Healing Yourself as a Caregiver- Claudia Johnson (http://selfgrowth.com/experts/claudia_johnson.html)

Claudia will lead you in a healing and grounding meditation. She will also present several practices that she teaches at the Center for Spirituality & Healing (Univ. of MN), proven to help medical school students maintain their health. You will learn Chakra Balancing, Grounding, Breathwork, Laughter Yoga and physical exercises to bring calm focus to your mind, emotions and spirit. Each attendee will create a personal affirmation to support themselves and manage their emotions more effectively.

Claudia Johnson is the Owner/Director of Healing Energy Arts in South Minneapolis. She is also a regular guest instructor at the University of Minnesota's Center for Spirituality & Healing. Claudia is an Intuitive and Tarot Reader, as well as being certified in various healing techniques. She will be available for questions after the workshop and will be giving Intuitive readings throughout the weekend.
