We're an international online LS user group who cherishes a cross-user group exchange to enrich ourselves for our LS practice and also for learning and integrating new perspectives, expanding our horizons, getting out of our silos, creating new connections, and spreading LS around the world.
🔹What we do:
We practice, explore, enjoy, learn and fail forward with 33 original + 10 NEW Liberating Structures and many more In-Development.
🔹How we do it:
We'll have an online event every month or every second month. Each meetup lasts 120 minutes, has a specific topic, and will be hosted by a design team.
During each meetup, we practice various Liberating Structures and create spaces to network, get to know each other, learn from each other, and to laugh with each other.
Liberating Structures can revolutionize meetings, workshops, team events, conferences, and teaching.
LS can support you in your personal and professional transformation, help you exchange knowledge, and learn from each other in new and different ways.

The recent book by Nancy and Keith introduces a new Liberating Structure called Principles Walk-Around, inviting us to explore the principles that underpin Liberating Structures through conversation and reflection.
In this Meetup, we’ll first experience Principles Walk-Around as it is described in the book.
Then we’ll take the exploration one step further and ask:
What happens when these principles move from ideas into everyday practice? Do they naturally reinforce one another, or can they create tensions? What happens when the principles we hold dear meet those held by others? Can they be integrated, or does that require art, patience, and collective intelligence?We’ll explore these questions through a new Liberating Structure in development, tentatively called Panarchy of Principles.
