BEFORE ACTING, SHALL WE TAKE A LOOK AT OUR (TESTED AND UNTESTED) ASSUMPTIONS?

Reality demands that we act. Often, we need to act with immediacy, no time to hesitate, think, evaluate.
At other times, we have leeway. In those situations, we can test our assumptions as we read and navigate the situation we are in, before we act. These are assumptions about the situation, about others, their thoughts and (previous and potential) actions, about our own competency and efficacy and many more components of the puzzle called “the situation.” On occasion, some of our assumptions happen to be false…

Everyday life puts us in each of these very different situations.
This is an invitation to compare them, draw our conclusion and nurture the best version of our acting selves, for our own benefit as well as for others’.

In our 18 December final meetup for this year, let’s celebrate our LS Go Online experience and review it through the lens of our tested and untested assumptions.
Let’s bring joy and curiosity to this meeting, have great fun while generating new insights.

We will have an online event every month or every second month.
Each meetup lasts 120 minutes, has a specific topic and will be hosted by a design team. Feel free to contact us and join the design team for the next event.
During each meetup, we practice various Liberating Structures and create spaces to network, get to know each other, learn from each other and to laugh with each other.
