Community used to be ‘simple’ as its main components overlapped. In villages and in small towns, it was simultaneously - geographically delineated, socially integrated, and economically effective. Neighbors were friends, co-workers were neighbors.
The overlap collapsed with the growth of metropolitan areas, and the social and the geographic parted ways as did work spaces. Additionally, technology offered new communication avenues; virtual communities emerged, and a variety of new forms of communication sprung into availability, literally at our fingertips. People in different time zones easily connect now, ‘shrinking’ the globe in new ways.

Where does that leave our sense of community? Our sense of belonging?

This is an INTERNATIONAL ONLINE LS USER GROUP in which we cherish a cross-country, cross-user group exchange to enrich ourselves not only for our LS practice but also for learning and integrating new perspectives, expanding our horizons, getting out of our silos, creating new connections, and spreading LS even more around the world…

We practice, explore, enjoy, learn and fail forward with 33 original + 10 NEW Liberating Structures and many more LS in development.

🔹HOW WE DO THIS
We will have an online event every month or every second month.
Each meetup lasts 120 minutes, has a specific topic and will be hosted by a design team. Feel free to contact us and join the design team for the next event.

During each meetup, we practice various Liberating Structures and create spaces to network, get to know each other, learn from each other and to laugh with each other.
