It’s completely natural to stick with the "safe" structures we know best. But when we want to tackle complex, high-order goals, we need to venture into new strings with more twists and turns. This session is a low-risk, high-encouragement sandbox to help you grow your confidence, expand your repertoire, and design with more nuance.

• Reconnect with a community of fellow practitioners developing their LS craft.
• Give & Get Peer Support to help push past design gridlock.
• Put New Tools to Work using fresh design aides straight from the new LS Fieldbook.

### Bring Your Sticky Design Challenges!

This session works best when we get messy with real-life wicked questions. We warmly invite you to bring a genuine challenge you’re currently facing—whether it’s a chronic, recurring headache or an ambitious, "insurmountable" opportunity.
Don't worry about having a polished plan; bring your rough edges and dynamically incomplete dreams! You'll have multiple peer-coaching opportunities using Wise Crowds and Troika Consulting to get fresh perspectives and leave with practical next steps.
