Kleine Änderungen in der Art, wie wir zusammenarbeiten, zeitigen bemerkenswerte Resultate. Liberating Structures setzen genau hier an. Mit ihnen lassen sich bestehende, wenig produktive Arten der Zusammenarbeit durch neue, produktivere Interaktionen ersetzen. Jede der Strukturen unterstützt uns, spezifische Ziele zu erreichen, so z.B.:
• Ideen, Know-how und Erfahrungen teilen,
• Ideen, Lösungen und Massnahmen entdecken, entwickeln oder verbessern, \
• etwas analysieren oder auf den Punkt bringen, \
• Hilfe anbieten oder Hilfe einfordern, \
• Strategien entwickeln \
• oder ein Vorhaben planen. \
Das Besondere an Liberating Structures ist, dass diese Interaktionen in kurzer Zeit zu aussergewöhnlich reichhaltigen Ergebnissen führen und darüber hinaus Spass machen. Die Anwendung von Liberating Structures kann punktuell erfolgen oder ganze Organisationen zu einer besseren Zusammenarbeit führen.
Die Erfinder der Liberating Structures, Keith McCandless und Henri Lipmanowicz, haben alle Strukturen unter Creative Commons Lizenz publiziert. Die Dokumentation gibt es in Englisch und dank Holisticon aus Hamburg seit kurzem auch auf Deutsch. Über das internationale LS User Group Netzwerk sind wir mit den Autoren sowie User Groups und Anwendern aus anderen Ländern verbunden. \

We (Christian & Peter) are passionate Liberating Structures practitioners. Not only do we love the purpose of Liberating Structures but we also see the value of using Liberating Structures in our daily work: engaged participants in meetings and workshops, which leads to outstanding outcomes.

The workshop will only take place if at least 16 participants sign up. We will send a final confirmation 30 days before the event date. Refunds will be fully provided in case the event is canceled.
