Garrett McCord will speak about his new book Melt: The Art of Macaroni and Cheese at the Central Library on March 11th at 6:30 p.m. There is a good chance you'll become a little obsessed with mac & cheese after this author talk--not to worry--you can make up for it at the next alt+fitness program.
