LibreBookClub

In line with Librebook’s multicultural and multilingual spirit, we’d like to propose books by authors that are translated in several languages so that everyone can choose to read the book in their preferred language and we can then share our thoughts and emotions about “the same book” but no quite - translations always do some magic and the same book can be perceived differently depending on the language you read it in.

L’idée est de créer un bookclub multilingue et multiculturel, à l’image de la librairie, en choisissant chaque mois un livre dont l’auteur·ice est traduit·te dans plusieurs langues. De cette façon, chacun et chacune pourra lire dans la langue de son choix tout en partageant ses impressions sur “le même livre”, mais pas tout à fait - la traduction amène son lot de surprises et se sera l’occasion de comparer les versions ;)
