It really is different after 40 in ways nobody prepared us for.

The shifts in identity, relationships, career, energy, desires, boundaries, body, confidence, and priorities are real. And while life becomes clearer and more grounded in some ways, it can also feel isolating, confusing, and heavy at times, especially when you’re navigating it quietly and without community.

Most of us weren’t raised with spaces where grown women could talk honestly about what this stage of life requires. We’re figuring it out while living it. And sometimes, we just need connection with other women who get it.

This group is for women 40+ who are navigating transition, reinvention, aging, relationships, identity, and the shift into a more authentic, self-defined life. It’s a space for conversation, connection, and community without pressure, performance, or pretending.

Important Note:
This group has been quiet for a while, and before I invest time and resources into rebuilding it, I want to know who genuinely wants to be here. A $5 monthly due will begin after a 14-day notice period. While there may not be events posted, connection can start now. The $5 monthly due reflects intention and helps support the cost I’ve paid on my own to keep this space available. It not only helps cover the cost of keeping the group open but also gives me clarity on who’s actually interested in moving forward.

There is no guaranteed lineup of monthly meetings or events right now. What happens next will be shaped by the who shows they want to be here. If engagement grows, I’m open to creating intentional gatherings, conversations, meetups, wellness chats, or spaces for connection but I’m not promising a packed calendar especially not without clear interest. I’m Regina — a Fractional COO, coach, and space-holder for women navigating transition, identity shifts, reinvention, and the realities of life after 40. My work blends strategy, clarity, and personal development, because at this stage of life, everything overlaps: work, relationships, wellness, purpose, and self-connection.

I’ve supported founders, entrepreneurs, and women in major life pivots, and I understand the unique mix of freedom, responsibility, aging, pressure, and possibility that comes with this season. I created this space not to convince you, but to hold room for the conversations and connections we don’t always get in the outside world.
