Turning 40 is a beautiful yet pivotal milestone marked by crossroads, change, and self-discovery. As women reach the age of 35-40+, they often undergo significant shifts in priorities and perspectives. Everything from relationships, careers, dating, family, marriage, and life in general goes through a profound transformation. While we all feel these changes in some way, there are very few spaces where we can learn and openly discuss them.

The changes and challenges can be numerous and sometimes overwhelming! From shifting family dynamics and the responsibilities of aging parents to the complexities of having children or not, dealing with divorce, navigating health changes, managing hormonal shifts, body image concerns, evolving interests and goals, and the list goes on.

In this stage of life, there's an opportunity and desire to be more authentic and self-aware. Embracing and leaning into your authentic self becomes paramount, and the need for support and guidance is undeniable.

"Life After 40" is an empowering community of women who are preparing for, navigating, or continuing their journey beyond 40. As a Dating, Relationship & Sexuality Coach, I'm here to provide the support you need on this incredible journey of self-discovery and transformation.

* "Lite" Group Coaching: Personalized support as a collective and insights from an experienced coach in a nurturing group setting. Together, we'll take action and have meaningful conversations about all the things!

*Workshops, Events, and Travel: Self-care and exploration are important. We'll be offering workshops, events, and travel experiences that provide opportunities for personal growth, the creation of unforgettable memories, unique experiences, and the chance to connect with like-minded women.

About your organizer:
I’m a Certified and Board-Approved Clinical Sexologist, Dating, Relationship & Sexuality Coach, Founder of "Straight”... But Not Narrow Ladies™, Retreat & Travel Experience Curator, Intimacy Coordinator for TV/Film, Wedding Officiant, mother, entrepreneur extraordinaire.

I help women lean into authenticity to cultivate deeper relationships with self and then others. My sweet spot is women wanting to pivot in love, life, relationships, business and sexuality after 35/40. I use workshops, events and travel as both coaching modalities and transformative acts of self-care.
