Life Coaching and Energy Work for Gals - Tapping and Chakras

Hello Gals!

Well that month flew by! :)

There are two parts to this Meetup! Part one is this coming Monday, on-line. For part two we will enjoy the HOLI Festival of COLOR at Mission San Jose High School, on Saturday, March 19th at 1:00. Your admission fee to the HOLI fest is included in this MeetUp cost as a bonus. Whoo hoo! I'm hoping that will inspire you to join us! (The HOLI festival event is optional, see below.)

The HOLI Festival of Color is the celebration of good over coming evil, and welcoming spring after winter. How long has your winter been? ;)

Where in your life has your spirit helped you overcome hardship?
Is there an area in your life where you would like to enter into your spring? What does that look and feel like? Is it a financial situation? Is it a mindset? Do you have pandemic brain? Is there a feeling of limitation? Maybe the limitation has to do with energy? Maybe it has to do with self love or relationships?

It's time for spring! Let's flourish!

In Monday's session we will do some Life Coaching questions, some tapping/EFT and delve into some Eastern Mysticism where we will learn a new mantra and mudra to practice for the month.

We will then meet up and enjoy the HOLI festival together on Saturday, March 19th, which is totally optional, and again, please know the Meetup fee is the same if you can join or not as this Meetup will absolutely stand on it's own! The festival is meant to feel like an added bonus to encourage CELEBRATION through COLOR, MUSIC and DELICIOUS FOOD! We hope you can join us!

Some of us are going to grab an "espresso" massage (this is what I call the inexpensive, in clothing, massages we can enjoy in a big room together!) ahead of time to get into the vibe! Message me if you want to join in that bit of luxury! I'm happy to make reservations for you. These types of massages usually run about $30.00 plus tip. I tip $20.00. Massage place is located, as of now, on the corner of Hillsdale and Union.

The rest is up to the soul of the world!

What does all this learning mean if we aren't having any fun? Let's have some fun!!

For sure, it will be a magical and sacred evening AND event, because it is us that make that so!

The HOLI event requires masks, at least so far.

For the on-line session, please remember to drink lots of water before you join, during our visit, and after we finish. We do have fun, but we do a lot of work and move energy.

With tapping it is possible to feel temporary fatigue, unlikely since we are a group, but it is still possible. Rest if you need rest. Take care of yourself!

If you have fibromyalgia or lime disease, then I recommend doing a private session with me, or come for company and chakra clearing, but don't do too much tapping. Either way, let me know so I can guide you.

This night is for you, so you can learn some cool stuff, balance your energy and bond with like minded gals. Let's get rejuvenated and have some fun!
