Who am I
Studied psychology at university of British Colombia Canada. Trained in Person Centered Therapy and have certification in coaching. Please note I am not a registered psychologist in Norway.

Counseling / Coaching
I must clarify that I can only accept session with people over 18 years of age. If you are younger, please Google youth services in your area, or ask someone you trust, like a school counselor.
Counseling is free until the agreed trial period is over.

I never keep any notes or records of a session without consent.
Confidentiality
There are limits to confidentiality, you can find information about it here. Please note that I reside in Norway so Norwegian laws / organizations apply.
