My name is Kesha, and I've been exactly where you are right now.
I spent years trapped in a life that felt like it belonged to someone else. Every morning, I'd plaster on that smile and convince the world I was okay, while inside I was drowning. The anxiety wasn't just visiting—it had moved in and rearranged all my furniture. It followed me to work, crept into my relationships, and stole my sleep night after night.
I remember standing in my kitchen one morning, hands shaking as I tried to make coffee, wondering, "Is this really my life? Is this all there is?" The worst part wasn't the panic attacks or the constant worry. It was feeling completely alone in it all. Like everyone else had figured out how to be a functioning adult, and I was the only one pretending.
