What if I told you there's a way for you to make good friends, belong to a community of fun people, eat yummy food, join in seminars learning fascinating ground breaking stuff, play games, explore the nature - and on top of all that, lose weight, get healthy and fit?
That's exactly what we want to achieve here.
Our vision is to create a community who:
- Enjoys Nature
- Feels the need to be more healthy/fit
- Needs to destress
- Hates "exercising"
- Has given up as nothing has worked thus far to get healthy/fit/lose weight
- Wants to meet new people and make new friends
No, we will not make you run or lift weights and do same old workouts, but we will make sure you get plenty of workouts without really noticing because you're having too much fun! What you eat counts to more than 80% of your health, but all these "diets" don't work in the long run. Instead, we want to change your mind so you'll want to start eating healthier.
Nature has a way of healing us. We want to prove this to you, personally. Starting with a monthly medical check-up and blood test by a doctor, you will see exactly how you are achieving your target. You need to join our activity regularly, but I promise it will all be lots of fun and laughs.
We will also host plenty of indoor events with invited professionals who can give us talks and discussions on topics of nutrition, health, and the art of healthy living. There will be plenty of games and fun stuff as well, to get to know everyone in the group - we are building a community of fun people!
We will also include children on some of the activities so the entire family can have fun together - unplugged and away from internet.
Group is open to a fit youngster to those who suffer from chronic pains of aging body. We would love to have diversity in nationality, language and gender.
Hi, I'm a 55 year-old female, a certified Personal Trainer and Pilates coach - I used to live a very active lifestyle up until about 15 years ago. I stopped doing any form of exercises, and at this age it is extremely difficult to get back into it. Then I discovered the joy of walking in nature, soaking up the fresh air and stretching my body.
