About the organizer:

Doug Reed has spent more than 30 years helping professionals and business owners navigate some of life's biggest financial and career decisions.

For more than 12 years, Doug was brought in by a major outplacement organization to help thousands of Fortune 500 professionals work through layoffs, career transitions, retirement decisions, and the financial questions that often accompany life's biggest changes.

That experience gave him a front-row seat to what helps people successfully reinvent themselves—and the common mistakes that can delay or derail their next chapter.

In addition to his career transition work, Doug founded and built two successful Registered Investment Advisory firms, serving clients for more than two decades.

Earlier in his career, he built and sold a benefits consulting firm before focusing on financial
planning and investment management.

Following his move to Puerto Rico in 2020, he rebranded his advisory practice as
AtlanticMidwest Investment Research.

After a period of semi-retirement, Doug founded Archimedes Worldwide and created
LifeByDesign360 to bring together professionals who want to prepare for what's next -
not just react to it.

Through education, mentorship, practical business systems, and shared experiences, the
community is built around one simple idea:
