Empowered Self-Defense Bootcamp is more than just a class—it’s a transformational experience designed to help you move through the world with more confidence, clarity, and calm.
Over five weeks, you’ll learn practical, real-world self-defense skills that don’t rely on strength or athleticism. You’ll build mental resilience, sharpen your awareness, strengthen your boundaries, and develop a kind of confidence that sticks—on the street, at work, in relationships, and within yourself.
Each session blends movement, mindset, and realistic scenario practice in a supportive, judgment-free space built by women, for women. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more you—with skills you’ll actually remember and instincts you can trust.
Week 1 is all about Presence & Space—learning how to take up space, hold your ground, and move with awareness.
