Introduccion a AcroDanza Suave en Parejas y Tríos con Cristian

Esta clase de AcroDanza forma parte del Minifesti, un día lleno de actividades de movimiento y bienestar.

Es una propuesta que mezcla acrobacia suave, acrodanza y juego en movimiento.

En lugar de buscar la figura perfecta y estática, trabajaremos los portés y trucos como parte de un flujo danzado: entradas y salidas fluidas, transiciones, peso compartido en movimiento. Recorreremos tres planos:

• Individual: pequeños trucos y desplazamientos al suelo
• En pareja: liftings ligeros y portés adaptados, danzados
• En trío: figuras sencillas, vistosas y accesibles

Todo de bajo impacto, sin necesidad de fuerza extrema ni experiencia previa en acrobacia.

Útil tanto para bailarines que quieran añadir contacto y elevación, como para practicantes de acro que busquen soltura y musicalidad.
Cerramos con un mini-flow en grupo para integrar lo aprendido.

El taller lo imparte lo imparte el magnífico Cristian.

This AcroDance workshop is part of Minifesti, a day full of movement and wellness activities.

It is a class that mixes soft acrobatics, acrodance and movement play.

Instead of looking for the perfect, static figure, we will work on poses and tricks as part of a danced flow: fluid entrances and exits, transitions, shared weight in movement.

We will cover three planes:

• Individual: small tricks and movements to the ground
• As a couple: light lifts and adapted postures, danced
• In trio: simple, attractive and accessible figures

All low impact, without the need for extreme strength or prior experience in acrobatics.

Useful both for dancers who want to add contact and elevation, and for acro practitioners looking for ease and musicality.

We close with a group mini-flow to integrate what we have learned.
The workshop is taught by the magnificent Cristian.
