This Thai Massage workshop is part of Minifesti La Mutable, a day of movement, wellbeing and community activities.
Learn and experience simple Thai massage techniques as both the giver and the receiver. Through touch, listening and moments of silence, we will explore how to meet the body with greater presence and attention.
This is an opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect with your sensations. Alongside the techniques, you will discover massage as a practice of listening, accompanying and giving the body space to express itself.

Este taller de masaje thai forma parte del Minifesti La Mutable, un día de actividades de movimiento, bienestar y comunidad.
Aprende y experimenta técnicas sencillas de masaje thai tanto al darlo como al recibirlo. A través del tacto, la escucha y momentos de silencio, exploraremos una forma de relacionarnos con el cuerpo con más presencia y atención.
Será una oportunidad para parar, respirar y reconectar con tus sensaciones. Además de las técnicas, descubrirás el masaje como una práctica de escucha, acompañamiento y espacio para que el cuerpo se exprese.
