Sound Bath and Guided Relaxation with Melinda

This sound bath and guided relaxation workshop is part of Minifesti La Mutable, a day of movement, wellbeing and community activities.
Give yourself time to slow down and relax your body and mind. We will begin with gentle breathing and guided relaxation to help release tension and settle into a deeper sense of calm.
Then, get comfortable and enjoy an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls, ocean drums, wind chimes, Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments. No previous experience is needed: come as you are, close your eyes and allow yourself to rest.

Este taller de baño sonoro y relajación guiada forma parte del Minifesti La Mutable, un día de actividades de movimiento, bienestar y comunidad.
Regálate un momento para bajar el ritmo y relajar el cuerpo y la mente. Empezaremos con ejercicios suaves de respiración y relajación guiada para ayudar a liberar tensiones y alcanzar un estado de calma más profundo.
Después, ponte cómodo y disfruta de un baño sonoro inmersivo con cuencos de cristal, tambor oceánico, campanas de viento, cuencos tibetanos y otros instrumentos. No necesitas experiencia previa: ven tal como eres, cierra los ojos y permítete descansar.
