This Contact Improvisation workshop is part of Minifesti La Mutable, a day of movement, wellbeing and community activities.
Explore Contact Improvisation through the philosophy and principles of the Axis Syllabus. Miguel Horacio will introduce a way of moving that is kind to the body, sustainable over time and practised in community.
Everyone is welcome, with or without movement experience. Whatever your age, the session begins with listening, curiosity and respect for what each body can do.
