📜 Community Guidelines
-----------------------------------------------------
- Listen actively, without interrupting.
- Engage with ideas, not individuals. We’re here to explore, not to argue.
- Share to learn, not to persuade.
- Stay present - phones away, attention in the room with physical people.
- Only attend if you’re on the attendee list.
- Avoid no-shows and last-minute dropouts - they take a spot from someone else.
↳ If this happens, please get in touch, otherwise you’ll be removed from the next meetup.
↳ If repeated, you may be removed from the group.

🚫 Respect & Community Integrity
-----------------------------------------------------
This is a community we build together - not a commercial service we consume, but a shared safe space grounded in mutual respect and trust.
Harassment or insults of any kind - whether in-person or online - based on culture, religion, profession, or identity will result in an immediate ban.
Similarly, failing to pay the fee (which covers rent, platform, and organizational costs) after committing to do so undermines that trust and shared responsibility. It will result in exclusion from future meetups.

Slow Dusk Circle - Unplug · Read · Write · Create
EineWeltHaus, Schwanthalerstraße 80, München, BY, DELet’s finish the week by slowing down, turning off our screens, sharing stillness, and reconnecting through reading, journaling, sketching, or any reflective or creative medium of your choice.
It’s not about productivity or performance - it’s about presence, calm, and connection.
Here’s the rhythm:
- 🧘🏽 Grounding meditation - to arrive slowly and unwind after work.
- 🎨 Silent hour (phone & computer-free) - choose your medium: bring a book to read, a journal for writing, a sketchbook to draw, yarn to knit, or anything reflective or creative.
- 💬 Sharing & connecting - afterward, we’ll open space to share stories, reflections, our reads or creations, and simply soak in the cosy company.
PS: Feel free to bring snacks to share :)

EineWeltHaus, Schwanthalerstraße 80, München, BY, DE"Physical self-awareness is the first step in releasing the tyranny of the past."
In this groundbreaking work, trauma is revealed as more than memory - it is carried in the body, woven into posture, breath, and sensation. Healing begins not with forgetting, but with noticing: the quiet signals of the body, the ways it has held both pain and survival.
What happens when we turn inward, when awareness itself becomes the doorway to freedom? And can we learn to live not defined by the past, but released into the possibility of presence?
This is a book about the science of trauma, the resilience of survivors, and the many paths toward healing - through movement, safety, connection, and the rediscovery of joy in the body.
Genres: Psychology, Neuroscience, Trauma Studies, Healing
Pages: ~464, paperbackLooking forward to a conversation about memory, embodiment, and the wisdom and strength to listen to the body.
