The group aims to share and discuss all aspects of Liferay products. The goal is to get people together to help each other, learn as well as to share ideas to feed back for the future of Liferay products. Anyone who works with Liferay products or related technologies in any way should consider joining.
New! Liferay India User Group now has two chapters:
- Banaglore
- Ahmedabad
We know there's strong interest in Liferay throughout India which we want to support! Liferay's offices are in Bangalore, hence the founding chapter is there. Meanwhile there are a large number of Liferay Partners and Developers in Ahmedabad, so it makes sense to expand there!

Build high-performance, reusable Fragments for Liferay DXP and submit them to the Liferay Marketplace. Win prizes up to ₹50,000 and get dedicated support to publish your Fragment on the Marketplace.What to bring: For the hackathon, bring your laptop and charger, pre-loaded with a current Liferay bundle or Docker image.
