About us
Our group is all about helping busy adults in Sydney make practical, lasting lifestyle changes. We want to meet people who feel “fine but not great” and are keen to improve their wellbeing through simple steps no extreme diets or perfectionism. At each event, we’ll focus on one pillar of lifestyle medicine (nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, social connection, risky substances) we’ll share, discuss, and encourage each other to take one small action. It’s all about realistic, supportive steps toward better health.
