This first session is an introduction to Lifestyle Medicine an evidence-based approach that uses everyday habits like nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, social connection, and substance awareness to improve long-term health and daily wellbeing.
We’ll briefly explore what Lifestyle Medicine is and why small, consistent changes matter more than extreme resets.
As a group, we’ll choose one pillar to focus on based on participants’ interests and current challenges. We’ll discuss how this pillar shows up in our day-to-day lives, share common obstacles, and identify one realistic SMART goal (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) to apply during the following week.
The aim is simple: understand our habits, support each other, and leave with one practical action to try.
