A Women’s Strength Training Community

LIFT is a welcoming, beginner-friendly community designed to help women learn how to lift weights in a supportive, empowering environment.

Whether brand new to strength training or looking to build confidence in the weight room, LIFT brings women together to learn, grow, and support one another on their fitness journey.

This group focuses on building strength, confidence, and consistency through guided workouts and community encouragement.

LIFT stands for:
Learn – Proper lifting form, technique, and how to use gym equipment
Inspire – Women motivating and supporting each other
Fuel – Developing healthy eating habits that support strength and energy
Transform – Physical, mental, and lifestyle growth over time

What Members Can Expect

• Want to start lifting weights but don’t know where to begin
• Feel intimidated by the weight room
• Want accountability and motivation
• Are looking for a supportive community while getting stronger

All ages, body types, and fitness levels are welcome. No prior lifting experience required.

If you’ve ever wanted to feel more confident lifting weights but didn’t know where to start, this community was created for you.

Please note:
-Sessions are not led by certified trainers. Workouts will be guided by organizer or members of the group.
-A $20 membership at NZone is required to participate and provides access to the fitness facility during sessions.
