Every 2nd Saturday, we gather in community at Your Cosmic Connection for a ceremonial sound bath — a healing experience where vibration, relaxation, and spirit meet.
If you’ve been feeling stressed, scattered, or simply ready to recharge, this evening is for you. We’ll start with some grounding breathwork, then flow into a soundscape woven with:

• Crystal singing bowls
• Himalayan singing bowls
• Koshi chimes
• Gong
• Solfeggio tuning pipes

You can expect:

• Deep relaxation
• An energetic reset
• Connection to self + community

No experience needed — just come as you are. Mats and blankets provided, but bring your own comforts (pillow, water, journal).
