Prayer & Songs

Come together for prayer is an essential function of the body of Christ. You are welcome to join me for prayer. In our culture prayer has become another forum for preaching, or what people fear most a place for people to learn intimate things about you under the gaze of a religious act. I assure you this is not that type of prayer. This is a forum where you come with brothers and sisters and focus on being alone with God in the Spirit; this allows you to hear and speak to God with no distractions, by the Spirit. We fellowship before prayer at 6pm over a meal. Prayer starts at 7pm. Your time spent in prayer is completely up to you. We have a time of ministering to each other with songs, hymns, and spiritual songs; singing to God with a heart of grace Colossian 3:16. This is something we are called to do daily with one another. Join the Limbs of Christ Facebook and share songs that minister to you during the week; daily connection only enhances your fellowship in praise and prayer.
