This group brings together people seeking balance in their lives through holistic, mind–body practices such as guided meditation, mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, emotional wellbeing tools, and gentle energy-based practices. Meetups are designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build sustainable wellbeing habits in a calm, welcoming environment.
No experience is required — just an openness to pause, breathe, and care for yourself.

✨ About the Facilitator
Heal With Sheila is facilitated by Sheila Bennati, a holistic wellness practitioner, yoga and meditation facilitator, and energy healer based in Limerick. With over 20 years’ experience working with people across wellbeing, community, and professional settings, Sheila creates trauma-informed, supportive spaces that encourage calm, clarity, and confidence.

Sessions take place at various venues across Limerick City & County, including wellness studios, community spaces, and partner locations.
