What we’re about
Formerly known as "Ruby and Open Source", Lincoln Ruby Labs is a more hands-on approach to learning and enjoying our favorite open source language together.
Instead of a speaker format, we're opting to get our hands dirty. Bring a fun ruby project you're willing to share with the group, or show up willing to collaborate on someone else's interesting project. Let's hone our craft by coding together!
To get the most out of our meetup:
- Bring a laptop with Ruby installed.
- Have a GitHub account to aid in collaboration.
- Either have an open source ruby project you're willing to accept contributors for, or be willing to contribute to someone else's project.
Our group is open to seasoned veterans and beginning hobbyists alike. Even if you only have an interest in learning ruby, you'll get a lot out of jumping into some code with others. Join us!
