- Comfortable walking shoes and sports outfit.
- Change your clothes in your office, car or the mall toilet.
- Bottle of water and small towel if required.
- Your phone to coordinate meeting if needed.
How does it work?
- We start with a quick round of introductions before we start our stroll.
- We walk in groups one direction for 20 mins before we turn and walk back to the meeting point.
- We stop at a local cafe for a cup of coffee (or your preferred beverage).
