About us
Lions Gate Chorus is an award-winning Vancouver-based a cappella chorus that has been inspiring audiences with powerful four-part harmony, dynamic performances, and musical excellence.
We are a vibrant community of more than 100 singers from diverse backgrounds, professions, ages, and levels of musical experience. Our members travel from across Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, the BC Interior, Washington State, and beyond to sing together each week.
As International Champion performers, we are passionate about creating exceptional music while fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment. Whether you are an experienced vocalist or simply love to sing, Lions Gate Chorus offers opportunities to develop your vocal skills, perform on stage, build lasting friendships, and be part of something extraordinary.
Our repertoire spans barbershop, pop, jazz, Broadway, contemporary a cappella, and more. Through expert coaching, vocal education, choreography, and performance opportunities, members continue to grow as musicians and performers while sharing the joy of singing with audiences throughout the region and beyond.
Lions Gate Chorus is open to women and non-binary people who enjoy singing and are interested in musical growth, performance, and community.

We compete at the highest levels across Canada and the US as proud members of Sing United International, and we're always looking for passionate new voices to join us.
We welcome women and non-binary singers from the Greater Vancouver Area who are ready to grow, perform, and compete in a community that's as warm as it is driven.
What to expect at rehearsal: Vocal technique, choreography, music learning, community connection, and a lot of fun, led by our world champion director Sandy Marron and some of the most sought-after coaches in the a cappella world.
We sing in 4-part harmony and every voice finds its home here!
