The mixture of movement and stillness is a treat for your nervous system and will help to ease stress and anxiety held in the body and mind. Allow yourself to fully relax and switch off with this soothing practice and set yourself up for a calm start to the week.
Cosy clothes, blankets and hot water bottles are welcome!
