Lisboa Photo Community
We're an informal, diverse group of friendly humans who love photography, photowalks, camera talk, and any excuse to shoot in and around Lisbon. All experience levels welcome. We're here to make pictures, make friends, and trade ideas, questions, and know-how.
Somos um grupo informal e diverso de pessoas simpáticas que adoram fotografia, passeios fotográficos, conversas sobre equipamento e qualquer desculpa para fotografar em Lisboa e arredores. Todos os níveis de experiência são bem-vindos. Estamos aqui para fazer fotografias, fazer amigos e trocar ideias, perguntas e conhecimento.
Community Rules
- Be kind. Always. Bring good energy and leave the ego at home.
- Respect the people you photograph. Pointing a camera at someone affects them, even when you mean no harm. The simplest test: how would you feel if the roles were reversed?
- Keep your RSVP honest. If you sign up and don't show, we may remove you from the group. Plans change, just update your RSVP.
- No selling. No advertising, marketing, or commercial activity of any kind.
- No trolling, harassment, hate speech, or unsolicited DMs to people you haven't met.
Regras da Comunidade
- Sê simpático. Sempre. Traz boa energia e deixa o ego em casa.
- Respeita as pessoas que fotografas. Apontar uma câmara a alguém tem impacto nessa pessoa, mesmo sem má intenção. O teste mais simples: como te sentirias se os papéis fossem invertidos?
- Mantém o teu RSVP atualizado. Se te inscreveres e não apareceres, poderemos remover-te do grupo. Os planos mudam, basta atualizares o teu RSVP.
- Nada de vendas. Sem publicidade, marketing ou qualquer atividade comercial.
- Nada de provocações, assédio, discurso de ódio ou mensagens não solicitadas a pessoas que ainda não conheces.

Print Exchange at KEP!
Katsudon Experimental Press, R. Prof. Sousa da Câmara 206A, 1070-219 Lisboa, Lisboa, PTWe're looking to run a print exchange. We just had an exhibition and would love to give some of these prints a new home. Also, we would love to have something of yours to hang up. So, Join us for a print exchange.
You simply need to print 1 to “a few” photos and bring them. Your best shot from this year works. That vacation photo you loved but didn't post, print it. Haven’t printed yet? Get in contact with our host, Katsudon Experimental Press. Those of us who didn't print at home used him to print for our exhibition and fully endorse his printing.
How it works: When you arrive, we'll write your name or handle on a piece of paper with a number and you set your print on the table with the identifier. After about an hour or so, once everyone's in, we draw numbers. Whatever number you pull tells you which print is now yours to take home. Pull your own number and you draw again, because that would just be sad.
I'll bring a spare print just in case the last person pulls their own number.
Keep it small to medium as most people will be carrying it home on the metro or bus.
Free to attend but please RSVP on Meetup so we have a rough headcount. If you want to participate but can't make the date you can drop a print off with me if time allows & I’ll hold onto your new print for you.
We're not going to White Elephant this, so if you see a print you really like maybe just find the photographer and see if they're open to an exchange outside of this event.
