UPDATED - Exhibition Opening: A Sunday Afternoon Walk

Details
UPDATE 2: Opening confirmed for 4-6pm on Sunday the 7th. We will start the walk at 2:30pm on Sunday.
UPDATE:
We were just informed that the Câmara Municipal has declared three days of mourning for the Glória Funicular tragedy. This means the Saturday opening has been cancelled. They believe Sunday from 3–7 will be available, but we are awaiting confirmation that it is officially permitted. We will let you know as soon as we hear back.
The walk is therefore being rescheduled for Sunday. My apologies if this change means you can no longer join. The walk will take place Sunday regardless, but if we cannot finish at the library, I will extend the route to end somewhere else.
Time for an afternoon walk where we'll finish at an exhibition opening. We’ll meet in Martim Moniz at 15:30 and take a relaxed walk through the city, focusing on street life, details, and the idea of what “home” means in a place like Lisbon.
The walk will end at Biblioteca Palácio Galveias, where the exhibition Reframing Home is opening. The show brings together 11 photographers, many of them newcomers to Lisbon, reflecting on identity, belonging, and the process of settling into a city. The opening runs from 17:00–20:00 and we’ll arrive as it’s getting underway.
The photographers, including myself, met last year at one of Naoh's photowalks. We kept meeting and talking about photos and photography. We eventually decided on putting together an exhibition. Big props to one of the other organizers here who has put a ton of effort into making this exhibition happen: Jon Ross.
I will, of course, drop a whatapp link ~24h ahead of the walk in the comments. Then, after the opening, we may go across the street to Campo Pequeno for a drink!
Space is limited as the library has capacity rules and nd we're here "after hours," so please only sign up if you know you are coming. You can find out more about my fellow photo nerds and the exhibition here: https://framecomposuresociety.com/
