LxPC: Christmas Illumination Inauguration

Hey party people. I'll be heading to Praça do Comércio to catch the illumination start Saturday the 22nd. You can meet me outside the Cais do Sodré station by 6pm. Red benches outside the Starbucks. I'll walk along the river to Cais das Colunas and wait in that area for the tree to pop. Should be at or around 6:30pm.

We'll have a bit of time there to wander in the crowd and snag some shots of onlookers. After we'll wind through the streets toward Praça Dom Pedro IV then up the hill. We'll end at Praça Luís de Camões. Of course we'll look for a place to grab a drink or a snack once the walk is over. It's a shorter walk as we'll be taking our time to look at the lights and the people enjoying them.

Walking start time is 6pm. If you're going to be late make sure to join the WhatsApp group I will post about ~24h ahead of the walk. I'll be there ~15 to 20 minutes early but we'll be leaving at 6 sharp. It gets pretty busy in the square so prepare to get lost in the crowd and follow the live location.

It's two weeks out so I have no idea if the weather will be good. I'll be going regardless unless they push the lights due to weather. So let's hang.
